Then I pointed all of it at AI (and I'm wicked good at it).
I built my first tools to dig myself out of my own business: every email, every caption, every client reply, all me, all manual, all the time, and slowly my business started running differently.
Then I started teaching other solo founders to do the same.
I run my business on systems, which is a little ironic, because left to my own devices I am a disaster. My house runs on "I'll deal with it later", and my brain will happily hyperfocus on building something for six hours before it'll let me answer a single text 🙄. But the AI infrastructure I build and teach is rock-solid because that’s my superpower.
I've been building things of my own for years, it's why I left corporate in the first place.
That part hasn't changed. The tools just got a lot more interesting.
